FS: B16a upper power steering bracket and heat shield (use with ls/vtec)

as the title says, I have a b16 upper PS bracket and heat shield and all bolts in excellent condition.
perfect for your ls/vtec conversion where power steering is still needed.
Asking $35 shipped (over $55 from dealer without the heat sheild)
