Default help with fitment issue with seibon jdm-zc hood

I just picked up a brand new jdm-zc style hood from seibon. my origional intentions was to do a jdm front end conversion for my crx but when i took the seibon hood out of the box, the hood looked exactly like usdm style. just to confirm I put a usdm stock headlight and it fits perfect... exactly what i didnt want.... anyone know how to fit the jdm headlights onto a seibon jdm-zc hood? the jdm headlights are angled more then the usdm so im not sure if it will fit... i'll post pics later

oh yeh i searched but i only got 3 unrelated threads.... fyi

the jdm zc headlights are IDENTICAL in size to the USDM...the only difference in the hood is the hump on the drivers side. the hood you wanted was not zc (EF7) but SiR (EF8). those fit the longer JDM SiR headlights.

The regular and ZC hoods are totally different from the SiR hood so it's not possible to make a ZC hood work with a SiR front end.
A friend of mine has a hacked up regular hood on his SiR front but its only possible because its metal so could bend the **** out of it. It also looks terrible, it's just temporary.

As both guys posted above, ZC AND SIR style are different fitments and can't be used together

washers are your best friend. i jacked up the top of my usdm hood and it fits perfectlywith the b16. i did have to cut a tiny section of the skeleton of it. it was rubbing the VC. but it fit perfectly now. the jacked up hood looks balling too.

You smoking crack? He didn't say anything about a b16, he was talking about sir and zc hoods. But yea as they said, you got the wrong hood, so send it back if you can or sell it and get the sir one. Don't chop it up either, the sir one is longer and wont look right.
