So i think i blew my type r head...i put in skunk2 proseries cams stage 1...and well i def think i bent a valve b.c the motor is turning over but its not getting like any compression and its pretty much a pos..

anyone else got any ideas what it could be??

 

... A bit more information would GREATLY help us try and figure out what happened. What were you doing when you engine "blew", did you misshift? Did you hit VTEC and "boom"?

Give as MUCH information as possible.
