Default Replacing RearMount

i have a 2000 si which my rear mount has a giant rip in it..i was wondering what u guys suggest is the easiest way to get it off?? should i take the T mount off first..or take it all off as one..or am i missing somethin..

I have a Ek with a GSR that uses the same rear mount. I found the easiest way to get that mount out is to get the car on a lift, put an axle/trans support on the oil pan and get to the mount from under and behind the subframe. Took 30 minutes that way.

Totally sucks trying to get at it from the top.

so should i take the T mount off or just loosin the mount pull it out and put the new in??
