Feels like flat spots or vibrating in the rear?

Feels like flat spots or vibrating in the rear?
Alright so I looked for a post for this because I know i've seen similar ones but couldn't find one........anyways Whenever I gas it or accelerate it, the back feels like I have flat spots on my tires/Vibrating.......checked my tire pressure and its fine......
