wat do u guys think about type-r cams 98 spec and up itr on b16a2..would it be good to upgrade and wat do u guys recommend on reving..can i rev to 8.4k like type r or would it not be good.

 

It would be a nice upgrade, you'll have to upgrade your valvesprings and retainers too if youd like to take full advantage of the cams. Once I realized that I sold my set of CTR cams and bought some S2S2's

 

Upgrade your valvetrain also if you want to rev higher.. although you should be more worried about the power your making at those rpms.

 

kewl..i'll be gettin skunk2 springs and retainers..so i might be gettin type r for now and then upgrade to stage 1 skunk2

i wouldn't upgrade to skunk2 stage 1's, there slightly a bit more aggressive than the ITR cams. If your spending that much on stage 1s then might as well go with stage 2 for that extra $100 or so, i mean since your going to upgrade your vavletrains and retainers. just a thought.
