How is a spoon n1 tip made, or where do i buy the tube already made?

How is a spoon n1 tip made, or where do i buy the tube already made?
been wondering how they make the tip on a spoon n1 exhaust. or where perhaps i could get my hands on tubing already made that way.
any help besides buying an n1 would be helpful. I've tried a few searches and havent been able to come up with anything.
im looking to do it on 3 inch tubing or to buy it already done on 3 inch tubing.
at work the Ferrari 599's got the same thing on the mufflers and its 3".

well i have f430 and maserati gransport exhausts. they have an exhaust bypass valve which i plan on using on my car in the near future.

wow lets butcher 2 $10,000 plus exhaust systems and put it on our honda civic.....
dude sell the exhaust system and use the cash for a top of the line one and keep the other like 10 grand left over.
oh, and look at http://summitracing.com i get all my exhaust stuff there, may not be the cheapest, but there right down the road from me

The end on those are made on a rolling flair tool or a press of some sort
Easy way to make one is just get some tubing make it in a ring weld the ends up and weld it on the pipe on the inside. blend it and polish.

thanks for much gtiR for you explanation on how to make it. ill try to see if i could come up with something.
as far as the mufflers their dented. reason why i was able to get them from work. im not interested in selling them im just looking for the valve.
at vacuum the valves are closed at atmospheric pressure they are open and likeiwse into boost.
i own a 1993 240sx with an Sr swap. no a honda. and no i cant make 10k off them just a few hundred which i dont care to lose for something i wanna make.
