hey peeps i just wanted to know if anyone has had thing minor problem, my coworkers say that it might be just loose lifters? or rocker arms or something?

if so the said i have to tq the head at 86 foot pounds, but we can find any info how on how much we i need to tighten down the lifters or rocker arms

my car is idling fine n everything its just the engine is making a loud clicking noise sounds like something one type on a keyboard basically, they also said it my be my wireset or the belt so any help we be my appreciated thanks in advance
