I've got this "TuneFlex" dealy --

Its cool because it charges the ipod and lets you have the ipod up high(near the vol. control ****) so you dont have to really look down and be super distracted when changing tracks/artists.

Honestly its not really a quality piece but it does the job.

Here's blue rocket's setup:

Much cleaner than mine! Not sure if it charges the ipod or not but its pretty stealthy...

Theres a ton of options just google/ebay ipod car mounts

Love the dead pedal, where'd you get it?

As for the iPod mounts.... http://www.crutchfield.com has at least a dozen options.

I am using a Scoshe (not sure of the spelling) and it sits neatly in the vent to the right of my steering wheel. I love it cause it is in my line of sight.

I like VSMs from pro-fit-intl.com but they don't have one for the new Civics. For the cradle, I would get one from proclipusa.com. ProClip also has the car specific mounts, but I don't like them as much as the Pro Fit ones.

These are not cheap. about $60 for a mount for the car and the iPod but I've heard nothing but great things about the company.

Sigh, I got this and found out it doesn't work with the 2nd gen iPod 20gb. :'( It was perfect too...it's an improved model with shorter and stiffer neck.
