Well, simply because of the laws of nature, they do give gains. However, they're not the 10hp AEM claims (at least not on our motors)

Yes! .5 hp to the flywheel!!!!!!

You'll gain much more from removing power steering, AC, and swapping to an Unorthodox Racing crank pulley.
