Starting issue
In the morning, when I first start my car I notice it take a little bit longer to start the car.
What could be causing this to happen?
Is there something I need to replace possibly?
Thanks guys

Um....let's not jump to too many dire conclusions here. While the timing belt could be the issue, I'm willing to bet it's just normal operation.
You're car has been sitting for 6, 8, maybe 10 hours. Your fuel has drained down, all of your oil is sitting in the pan, not to mention the engine is just plain cold ( I see you're in CA, so I'm assuming it's not too cold I know). Are you just cranking on it as soon as you get in, or do you hold the key in the "ON" position for a few seconds and give your fuel pump a chance to prime up and pressurize the lines before you turn it to "START"?

yeah theres a check valve somewhere in the fuel pump system that keeps fuel pressure high after you shut off the engine. try what lewdin said and see if it starts any better...if so i bet thats your problem
To answer the questions people are asking.
I have a 97 SH w/ 148000 miles.
In the morning, I go straight to starting the car and do not let it sit in the "ON" position. The thing is that Ive always done this and it usually starts up without any hesitation.
So, maybe you guys are right. Ill try it in the morning and let it sit a bit in the "ON" position.
Thanks guys for your help. If anybody else has any input I would greatly appreciate it

Yes, prime the fuel pump and see if that helps.
