The list is pretty much endless. It all depends on how far you are willing to go.
Most people start with the normal Intake, exhaust and header package. From there it just depends on what your goals are. You can build up the engine with new pistons, cams and titanium valves.
You can also go the FI route. Fseries engines are strong engines to boost with.(I'm assuming it's an fseries of some type, since it is a 1994.) But if you car is an automatic, you should consider swapping to a 5spd, or forego the FI route. Believe me, I know from personal expierence. Turbo'd F22 @ 7psi>my automatic transmission.
The F22 engine is well supported with aftermarket parts.
Do a search through the accord forum and see what other people are running/doing to their cars.

I would start with lots of research and a goal for your car. I've had a 1994 accord ex coupe auto for a year now. I've been making sure maintence is up to par and looking what's out there and how much it will cost. Common performace upgrades:
H22a Swap 50 to 75 hp increase depending on USDM or JDM and hp you have now
Turbo
Intake
Exhaust
Header
Weight Reduction (Our accords are loaded with features that will only slow you down on the track. Plus it's free to get rid of stuff on the car)

so what kind of exhaust and intake should i get? a cold air intake, and what are the best manufacturers for this stuff?

Buy a BOMZ intake off of eBay. CAIs are just metal tubing and silicone connectors, there isn't $100-250 worth of engineering put into them.

do you mean a cold air intake?
is it even worth tuning up, because it has 200,000 miles on it, or does that not make a difference. plus there all highway miles and its a california car.

Those 3 things are a waste of time and money at this point. The spacer is completely retarded and does nothing, the throttle rotor just increases throttle response (makes it open faster) but does nothing to add power, and you have no need for bigger fuel injectors on a stock engine.
The intake is fine, but considerng it won't add more than 2-3 hp, you might as well get a cheaper brand than AEM (ebay special) and stick a good filter on the end.
