Default Head gasket - b18c vs. b18c5 vs. b16a

Is there any difference between the 3 OEM Honda gaskets?

Currently running a GSR Block with b16a Head......but switching to a Type R head PR3-3.......

Just want to know if there is a difference between head gaskets. Buying a Honda b16- one seems cheaper than buying an Acura one.
