Default Rota Circuit 8 or Konig Helium for my integra???

I got a white 2001 Integra and i am thinking to get some wheels and tires for summer. i am debating which one to get.

or

for the weight of size 16x7, helium is 16.4 lbs while the circuit 8 is 16lbs.
i am not sure how the 0.4 lb on each wheel will alter the performance. my integra is a LS, and it has 140 horse power only. the stock meshies rim is 15 lbs each. so, i am already at least adding 4lbs sprung weight if i am going to change the wheel.

and perhaps one last question. which one, rota or konig, has better quality? also resell value?
