(Snell/DOT Certified. Size 3X DOT Certified Only.) Im lost...

So I bought this helmet size Large. So that means it is not DOT certified right? Is this a bad helmet to buy? I would appreciate some info, thx.

I'm confused. Just because its a large you think that it's not DOT certified?
