Tips on buying a CRX shell
Im going to check out a couple CRX shells in the area this weekend. Are there any common problems I should be on the look out for? Is rust a big problem?
Some of these cars have their registration tags (CA) expired for more than 2 years now. Will I be force to go to a state ref for smog? I think the overdue fees will be about 100 bucks. Any other hidden cost I should know about?
Thanks
note: socal area

Whats the cheapest way to tow the car? No one I know has a truck
Anyone know about smog and expired tags? state ref?
Thanks, I'll double check the wiring hardness and body for sure.

straight body, clean interior, rust, cracks, bends in any frame components, cracked windshields. I all depends on the quality 'shell' you want. Find someone with a hitch and renta dolly, otherwise your gonna need to call a towtruck.
