Rear disc brake conversion control arms???

Rear disc brake conversion control arms???
I got a 91 Civic hatch w/ Function 7 LCA's and if I do the 91 teg rear disc brake conversion can I still use the Function 7 LCA's or do I have to use the 91 teg LCA's along w/ the trailing arms???
