do you think that my engine is starving for fuel (shaved head, comp= 11:5:1)???stock componets... i started thinking about this the other day after taking the car to the shop so i could tune it and change oil and such for the up coming season....

i do not race, but i do on ocassion show what shes got

if i were u id get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and turn it up a bit...thats just me tho...high compression needs richer mixture

 

is it over kill to start looking into a 255 walboro fuel pump? or do you think the suggested FP reg. would be sufficient

you are not going to need a new pump unless you use super high fuel pressure which chokes out the pump. It should be fine if you stay below 60 psi
