I have a 00 civic ex turbocharged.(14b dsm turbo set-up) i tried to tap in a oil feed line(stealthmode oil lines) from behind my engine for my turbo set-up but broke a sensor. the sensor is under the intake manifold just right on top of the oil filter. doese any one know what that sensor is? i dont know if its the knock sensor or oil pressure sender. but my car died 2 days after going about 45 miles on a 60mph highway. it sounded like a rod was bent and was hitting the cylinder wall like crazy. i believe the cause of that was becuase i broke the sensor on top of the oil filter, so if anyone knows what that sensor is than please tell me.

 

It's the knock sensor and yes they are easy to break. (done it twice) I seriously doubt you did any real damage, but there is always that outside chance. Replace it and see where that gets you.
