I prefer BG Syncro Shift II (I always feel better with synthetic over dino) in my FWD Hondas, but BG says it's specifically for FWD cars. I've also read that GM Synchromesh is just BG Syncro Shift II in a GM bottle but I've no way to verify this.
Since all recent Hondas call for Honda MTF though, I would assume BG Syncro Shift II is safe to use in the S2000 tranny. Does anyone use it?

Tranny: GM Syncromesh FM
Diff: Royal Purple
Do not use Royoal purple in the tranny. It feels good for about a week, then it gets notchy again.
