b16a idle screw?

i searched and cant seem to find out why my b16a is idling at 3-4k. i saw chat about adjusting an idle screw?can someone tell me where this is or show my a pic?i think its by the iacv?thx

its right under the purge and map nipples on the throttle body. also check for vacum leaks,thats a very common problem. are you getting any cels
