so i have a d16y7 engine with a y8 intake manifold, the question i have is do block guards work and what is it safe to boost at? is it worth it? I have a t25 turbo with a fmic. stock internals for now. thinking about getting vitaria turbo pistons but waiting on some money.

 

block guards are like putting a band aid on a shotgun wound. more trouble than they're worth.
