Default might not be Respectable...but wondering which exhaust to get??

97 accord ex

i just cant stand the 2-tipped stock muffler on my car and id like to buy a 2.5-3 inch muffler (and whatever other exhaust parts are reccomended). i DONT want to replace the exhaust system or really improve performance.

im looking for something that doesnt sound obnoxious, doesnt decrease gas mileage (a lot at least), but that looks good.

thanks in advance

Go to http://www.tasauto.com. They have a pretty good selection of mufflers.

Why don't you get a the stock single outlet muffler and put a tip on it?

Bunch of the guys I know who drives an Accord and me ( 92 Accord) is sporting the APEXi WORLD SPORT Exhuast. It something that looks and built nice. To top it off it almost sounds stock, no rattling fart can noise at all. Great japanese brand exhuast!

i have a obx twinloop. it is nice and is very quiet like stock but it is a bitch to put in. how the accords are made (mine is a 94) you have to take out the exhaust heat shield where the muffler is so it will sit right and it sticks out past my under body lip maybe 1/2 of an inch. to me tahts too much. i like it to sit flush with the lip but i see alot of people have i that way so oh well.

when i get a new muffler, i will go with the apexi ws2. from what i hear great muffler in both looks and tone.

just my 2 cents
