gains on a stage 3 crower vavletrain and cam
im hopfully buying edfkid's cam shaft and vavletrain. stage 3 cam. what can i hope to see in gains from this? 115whp? of course im getting a new cam gear..

The gains are really going to depend upon the supporting modifications and tuning. A cam upgrade such as that is not just a bolt-on affair.
