gear shift noise when shifting to Drive

gear shift noise when shifting to Drive
Hi,
I have had my car just for a month (new Honda Accord 2007 SE). For the last week, I have noticed a sticking noise when taking the gears out of park into drive (sounds like gear shift). Is this normal or a problem related to the transmission or what? Anyone have any ideas?
