There is no kit (for good reason), it would be custom work. You would be better off asking this question in the 'Appearance/Cosmetic' forum.

You will need to do a lot of custom welding and bodywork. If you are serious about it and are paying someone to do it, expect to pay at least $1000. Ask people in the Appearance / Cosmetic forum, this really isn't the place because most people here actually like the way their car looks stock.
If you want my opinion, it is a huge waste of both time and money that could be spent actually improving and maintaining your vehicle.
