It's just an adhesive.

I used a blow dryer, heated it up for a bit 5mins maybe? and then using a sawing motion with fishing line to take it off.

91% Isopropanyol Alcohol
GooGone
etc

can get rid of the residue left over

Default Watch out for paint fade

caveat: if you live in a sunny place and the car is several years old (5+), the paint under the logo may be shiny new and stand out from the faded paint on the rest of the car.

Still, on my 15 year old car up here in Canada, it wasn't too noticeable. I was going to get a new logo, but it def. looked better off. I just left the EX-R piece.

to get it off just heat it up it comes off. Than to get the adhesive off. my buddy who has a shop had like a giant eraser looking thing. Cant even see it until water hits it.

on the 6th gen accord you can make it alot easier by opening the trunk (after you break the adhesive strip at the TOP of the logo) and use a screw driver to push on the two inserts to release the bottom part

instructions are here

http://handaaccessories.com/ac...m.pdf

page 3 shows you the rear emblem for a coupe, the sedan is similar

No, there won't be any holes if you remove the accord logo. But, if your car is a dark color, you will still be able to see where the logo used to be, due to the faded paint and stuff.

I know on mine (91 accord) there where little holes left from the Accord and H emblems. There were no holes behind the LX badge, though.
