Its in your manual, but since you didnt care to look ill tell ya go in thru your fender loosen 2 screws and pull our on the plastic and BAM you have space to fit your hand thru it.

You have yellow bulbs... That is way past the "maybe' I wont give that guy a ticket" barrier, lol... Put some super white bulbs in and yellow fogs...

Yea' speed contest...

"In some cases, when police officers cannot charge Reckless Driving, they will charge a motorist with Speed Exhibition or Contests (Vehicle Code §23109). While there is no statutory definition of Speed Exhibition, the phrase basically defines itself. A speed contest can occur by squealing or chirping your tires, revving your engine, peeling your tires, accelerating quickly, etc."

i dont know if its the same for the Si, but my hand didnt fit either so i removed a couple of things.

when u replace the left bulb, there like a tank of i think its anti-freeze or something. the tank is clipped onto the battery and you can just slide it right up.

replacing the right headlight bulb, you need to remove the plastic on the edge of the hood so you can take off the top part of the windshield wiper. by taking off that part of the tubing you should have easier access.
