My girl just blew her motor and i was just wondering if this d16 is the same as the d16 that came on the 4th gen hb's and crx's? do they use the same mounts? what swaps are possible for this car? same as 4th gen hbs' and crxs'? (b16a,b18a/c)

 

dude, a d16 never came in any accord, and anyone who want to swap in a bor d series motor in their accord, needs serious help

try any f or h motor

 

sorry but i dont know jack sh*t about accords and im trying to score her a motor, but ive been dealing with d an b series for so long i wouldnt know where to start.

 

dude, a d or b series will not have enough torque to push it down hill to a normal speed

either another f22 or an h23/h22a

 

whats the goin price for a f22? could he use a f20a?

 

I don't know, but Dave has one, and he lives near you. He has a F22A6 I think...

 

well, im not too sure, again any f/h motor will fit, remeber the f20's dont have power sterring they have electric servo-assist steering.........

 

thanks for all the help guys im gona research this a little more but so far ive called up noyan and they quoted me 650 for the longblock with a 6 month warranty for the f22 or 500 for a f20. once again thanks.
