After doing some research and judging by this guys behavior I think its safe to say I have been scammed, I just contacted my credit card company
well story goes:
Ordered March 17th
Was told items would be ready about 3 or 4 times ( very hard to contact guy)
April 26 2007 filed paypal dispute
seller contacted me explaining situation ok I agreed and was promised shipment would be no later than the following friday
seller is very hard to get in contact with and when I did get ahold of him two days ago he gave me poor excuses
Today search his name and saw 20+ people that have had same experiences

I believe in second chances but after a month and a half and about 5 promise shipment dates later I am tired....glad honda-tech saves it archive or else I would have never known about this guy

apparently I am not the only one with this problem seems I search his old names and plenty have come up
