OBD II

Does 1998 prelude SH has OBD II connection ? Where it is located.

Yes it has a OBDII connection.

It is most likely located underneath your dash by the steering column or like in my 4th gen, below the cup holder.

its on the center console on the right side underneath the glove box. There will be a little piece of carpeted material there so look for it.
