Bulkhead bolted or welded together?
On a 89 CRX is the front bulkhead bolted together or is it welded? Just to clearify, how are part #1, 2, 4 ateached tegother? Bolts or welds?

Spot welds with a few bolts. Usually it's easiest to just replace the whole thing. I have heard of some people just bolting a new one on, but I wouldn't really recommend it.
