Window problem

First, i used the search button but didnt find what i was looking for. The passenger side window has a problem rollin up and down. Is it the motor or what? If so how hard is it to fix yourself?

Shouldn't be too hard, buy a new motor, disassemble your door, remove old motor, mount new and plug it in.
