It would be pretty focking stupid to sell the ITR badge along with the interior if the car was stolen. By the looks of the pic the plate is still there.

Someone in that area should go check out the # on the plate. I think emailing him and specifically asking for that is just going to make him put 2 and 2 together and figure "oh ****, I maybe should take it off."

Its just common sense if it is in fact stolen...of course he is going to respond with some bullshit like "the previous owner scratched it off" or "I took it off and gave it to my buddy who had his badge stolen"...yada yada.

Someone posted another ITR full interior on eBay a week or two ago and I emailed the guy just to check it out. I asked him why he was selling, and he said he was swapping his seats out for some Sparcos. I then replied back and asked why he was selling the door panels, console, etc also... he never responded to that one

 

haha, that's a giveaway.

Alright fellas this is getting a little bit ridiculous. Not everyone is a friggin' thief. Yes a shitload of ITR's are getting stolen lately but you still have to remember that legit people can sell parts too. I don't know about this guy for sure but who's to say he's not legit. Hell he could be stripping his car and building up a track car. Who knows? Anyways all I'm trying to say is don't be so quick to point fingers.

hmmm my interior was stolen a lil while ago, if i check out the number and find out it was my old one, oooooo....btw, when my interior got stolen honda set me a different itr badge number, weird...

 

he was selling a set of '98s a year ago, he said he took that one out cuz it's a "show car"

not accusing him or anything, but as soon as i asked for a VIN # or ITR badge #, he said he sold it to someone from the states?
