b17a question

theres a sensor looking thing on the back of the block with 2 pins sticking out does anyone know whats it for?

2 fat round pins? No plastic connector around it?
If so that's the fan switch

A pic or better description would help.

hmm...i thought the fan switch on the b17 was on the thermo housing.....?

maybe someone swapped it over from the stock engine to retain the factory wiring

Oh yeah, I forgot B17As were OBD-1... hmm well if it isn't an OBD-0 fan switch then a pic will be necesary.
