Default 195-60-r15 on 15x6 Honda wheels that I thought were 15x5.5 Will I be OK?

I really thought these wheels were 5.5" wide, today I got the new tires from UPS and I randomly looked at the back of the wheel and the wheel was 15x6, son of a bitch. The stock tire size for the 15x6 wheel is 205-60-r15. I know the new tires I bought are simply 10mm smaller, but is that 10mm too small? I really hope I am OK here, otherwise I just lost some bones....

Here is a site to compare the tire sizes:

http://www.1010tires.com/TireSizeCalculator.asp

If the stock tire size was 206/60/15, and you switched to a 196/60/15, I believe your speedometer/odometer might become slightly off; but there shouldn't be any fitment problems.

To Clarify
I have a 1993 Accord Stock rims 15x5.5 with stock 195-60-r15 Tires, the tires were bad and the rims curbed so I sold them for cheap.

I also have a 1995 Accord V6 with 15x6 rims stock 205-60-r15 tires. I upgraded to 18's on the 1995 (I know I am a ricer) and have the old 15x6 rims left from the 1995.

So I thought hey I will buy new tires for the 1995 wheels and put them on the 1993. So I bought 195-60-r15 tires for my 1993 Accord assuming the rims on the 1995 were also 15x5.5, and I was wrong.

I just want to know if the 195s are too narrow vs the 205s for the 15x6 rim. I drive a lot of highway 90 miles round trip to work 5 days a week and do not want any uneccesary things happening.

you'll be fine. 195 wide tire will fit on a 6inch no problem, people stretch 195s onto 7inch wide wheels nowadays. 195/60 comapred to the stock 205/60 is the 195/60 is shorter in diameter by .5 inch. your speedometer will read only 1.9% faster, so its nothing to worry about.

not that it really matters in this case but his speedometer won't be off at all.

you are comparing the stock tire (205/60/15) that came on the rim from the 95 AV6. Since he is going to be using 195/60/15 and the stock tire that came on the 93 Accord was a 195/60/15 there won't be any change to the speedometer or anything.
