cel gett5ng code 6 car is lagging

cel gett5ng code 6 car is lagging
well i am getting a code 6 today after taking my dizzy apart and rebuilding it.
i also just swapped trannys and i dissconected all the sensos so i dont know if i have a wire crossed.
but know when i drive the car it isnt getting any power its as if i was towing a truck or something.
i checked for spark and it looks weak and red i dont know if it i suppoesd to be blue.
any help will be appreciated--

i have a 96 gsr with a b16 tranny ita all stock
