Question about 96-98 ek bumper

Is the bumper grill on the 96-98 civic 2 piece like i mean the gill and the bumper. I bought this ek today and he doesnt have the grill on but the cut seems really clean cut.

Do you mean the top grill (between the headlights) or the bumper mouth grill?

Then no, it's not two pieces. He probably had the car turboed at some point and took it out for intercooler clearance. You need a new bumper.
