what does code 13 and 8 mean on a stock b18a1 plz help

 

Code 8 is TDC, thats top dead center sensor inside the dizzy. Replace dizzy with known working one, if that doesn't fix it, check wiring to your harness (you didn't mention any OBD or what your setup was, not cool).

Code 13 is is Atmospheric Pressure Sensor. No clue on how to fix it. More then likely a bad sensor or bad wiring.

It isn't called that. It is the sensor at the dead center of the top of the dizzy.

 

well can u tell me what that is thou plz? is that like the distributor or something??????
