Default 1992 honda civic dx

ight i came here because i was reffered to from skunk 2. i obviouslly have a 1992 honda civic dx and i am new to the whole tuner scene so im lookin for help were can i start i want something thats raceable but holds its driveability any suggestions would be nice. umm i have done my research tho i have heard about the mini me and all the b motor swaps i just want to kno what my best bet is thank you to whom ever helps me id appreciate it

A B-series swap is what most people (including myself go with)...K-series gets you 30 more hp (if I remember right) than a B18C5 (Type-R) motor, but the B18C1 (GSR) or JDM B18C is a good choice...mostly plug and play.

I'd stay away from the B16's.....those seriously are torqueless.

K-series is becoming more common, but that requires a good chunk of change and you're only getting a little bit more power for a lot of money.

No one can tell you what you want. It's what you want not us. But if you do want opions you should atleast tell us what you want out of the car.

d's are cheaper than b's but won't have as much power to start
