It's worth it if everything else is in good condition. I'd do a compression test or take it to a mechanic first. People really like to pound on those B16A motors.

 

if it runs, and its in good shape buy it. a b16 swap alone is gonna cost about that.

take it make sure it is swapped legit though you dont want to go fix his mistakes. but actually forget that cuz you could sell the motor and practically get all your money back
