z1 cant use kpro unless you get a 02-04 PRB ecu and an adapter harness from hondata

the z1 also doesn't respond as well as the a2 from kpro

z1 tranny uses a "CSS" or was it "VSS" way to get the car speed from the tranny to the speedo so you gotta change out pinouts on the cluster.

z1 i beleive has better pistons/rods

Z1 will bet an a2 what?? If you mean beat, it stock for yes it has a BIT more hp, but modded with K-pro and such the difference is very minor. When you think about how much more a Z1 swap would cost (engine and Kpro) the $ difference would = enough mods for an a2 to beat a Z1

Yea sorry I meant beat, for some reason I could not spell worth **** yesterday. I was thinking about the gearing being different, and that is why the z1 would win.

just because the z1 tranny has shorter gears doesnt mean its better. it just means it accels faster at a lower speed because its at a higher RPM

yes trust me the gearing in an a2 IMO is perfectly matched with a 215/40/17 tire, any shorter and it would be too short, infact I may go with a taller tire the next time to keep better traction.

To get the kpro for a 05+ you have to get an 04- ecu

wrong..the 06+ Si's have the RBC intake manifold.

the k20a has the PRC intake manifold.

the type s has the PRB intake manifold

the Z1 also have similar, but not exactly the same type R cams.
