Default Tire Size? --(Once More)

In place of the stock 185/70-14 tires, I am looking for rubbers with good cornering and handling ability, but I don't feel like giving up the current 14" rims.

Among the following sizes, which do you think would fit the bill best ? -- not considering tire brand or construction. (Those decisions will come later.)

215/60
205/60
195/60
195/65
stock
