im trying to change my rear bumper..
i got price from dealer, $315
and after market price $135
CAPA certified one price about $200
and all the body shop pple telling me is do not use after market body.
paint will be rip off and after a while ill have gaps and it wont really fit.
thats what body shop pple told me.
so should i go with after market or OEM?

a car that young i'd go OEM to keep it in good condition
aftermarkets are fine for older cars since the prices go up on parts
but yes most aftermarket have odd gaps and don't fit 100% the paint though is all about the prepping of it

Yea, if you can swing it go OEM. I bought an aftermarket bumper after some little punk rear-ended me. That thing sucked nuts. It fit fine at first, but after a few weeks, it began to pull away from the body. It was so gay.
OEM is the way to go, who knows your car better than the people that made it.
