Are these open box items? Just recieved my package and it's already been opened, also the selonoid wires had been stripped already

 

No, they certainly aren't supposed to be. All I can think is that someone must have purchased it and returned it marked as unused. If your not satisfied with it we'd be happy to excange it. We inspect most packages that come in just to make sure everything matches what the invoice says, but rarely one will slip past our checks.

Gotcha, i had called in to see if anymore were instock but the customer service lady said it's sold out . I'll have it returned back today via fedex

 

That sucks. Sorry about the mixup. Did you hook it up? I wonder if maybe it works okay but someone just decided they didn't want it. Either way, if you want to return it for a refund, it's no problem. I'll see that they mark this one as NOT-new.
