Anyone know where to get the hyper white light bulbs for the rear license plate?

Anyone know where to get the hyper white light bulbs for the rear license plate?
Like the bulbs above the rear license plate that shine white like the new is350's? I saw it on ebay the other week but I cant seem to remember what i typed in :s It's for a 97 civic

so what you want to have is
1. that CCFL kit
2. 3M
3. acetone/goo gone/some cleaning stuff
4. electrical tape
5. zip ties
and instructions:
1. cut the wire that would connect the computer to the inverter
2. cut the license plate connector
3. connect the two accordingly
4. cleaning the bottom (underside) of the trunk where you are going to connect the CCFL
5. wire the tubing wires through
6. connect em up, zip it up and 3M the bottom of the tubes to the underside of your trunk
so what you want to have is
1. that CCFL kit
