Always seems to be people asking about heel-to shifting, thought this video might help.

Worthless, that video was nothing but feet... Definite solid demonstration on excellent driving/footwork...
However if you want more on the theory of it then this is a better suited video.

Actually, thought the video I posted was a better example as you can see the layout and actions much better, plus you don't get that annoying guy's voice.
Actually found your video worthless. (Not in a rude tone!)

Fair enough, they had sweeter camera angles for sure.... but as far as instructional for "why you're doing what" I think the video I posted does a better job.... However with our videos combined..... ugh i'm gonna stop.

read the caption below the video
"Ever wondered how hard your feet have to work lapping a track at a decent pace? Here's the answer - heel-and-toe'ing in a Radical"
radical - http://www.radicalwest.com/Nav...21584
I only pray my feet can move that fast one day, the upshifts almost made me laugh... sequential gearbox *insert image of homer simpson drooling*
*edit* what's up with the airhorn tucked in the dash on the second vid? lol

That guy doesn't use the dead pedal at all...... probably cause the Radical is so light and braking performance is awesome and he's using a multi-point harness.
But you're suppose to use the dead pedal to brace your back into the seat while under heavy braking.
Keeping your left foot on the clutch the whole time is a no-no.

your also supposed to use it to brace youreself in a turn. rather than using the steering wheel as leverage. but i noticed that too, he never moved his foot off the clutch.
