MY PROBLEM IS THAT VTEC DOESN'T KICK AND I HAVE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WITH THE CODE 21. I CHECK THE VTEC SOLENOID IF IT'S CLOGGED, BUT IT WASN'T ANYWAYS I BOUGHT NEW O RINGS FOR THE VTEC ASSEMBLY

I HOPE ONE CAN HAVE AN IDEA OF WHAT COULD BE THE PROBLEM

Did you run a proper LS vtec kick so your VTEC sol is getting proper oil pressure?

It runs of oil pressure, if it doesn't have any, it will fall in and out.

I am asking for shops where any of you have tried. I've gone to different places around here and the same bullshit happens.

thats funny because im having the same problem with one of my cars. I got it all wired up right and still no vtec. That is my help page that some people have given me some hints, and there is a link to a trouble shooting page.
