Default fog lights installed what happened?

ok so I took my jdm fogs to the local shop

I picked up the car and everythign was lookin good
the button was instakked next to the dimmer
and the fogs worked when the headlights and the switch were on

now heres where it gets weird

I have no CLUSTER lights?
whats the deal

I have tail lights and the fuse is good

they worked when I dropped it off

any idea what got took loose or what happened?

I removed the NEW fog light switch and dimmer switch just to see if one of the plugs wasnt plugged in and they are fine

prolly gonna go back to the shop tomorrow

They obviously messed up some wiring. Your cluster lights are supposed to come on with your parking lights. Some wires might be crossed or something got messed up during intall.

It's the shops fault, let them fix it.

Yeah, I would stand around a watch them, unless you have a good relationship with them. Sometimes when a shop gets a car back they give back to the tech that did the work,,, if he has an attitude,, whoa.

Aside from that. it's probably a ground wire or something.

Or just tell them to fix it.

People make mistakes.

well this sux the shop checked everythign and said its good but still no lights

I removed the panel and foudn that if u WIGGLE the wires that hook to the dimmer switch the lights will come on

they must have yanked on the wires or something or maybe they are grounding somehow

its weird if I pull on them the lights work and if I let the slack up they go off

guess I gotta find an auto electrician now

^ still, have the shop pay for it. They worked when you left the car with them. It should be their reponsibility to keep your car in working order.
