I have a 91 EX Accord and I need to replace the muffler. Before taking it to a local shop to replace I thought I would inquire if it is a simple replacement without the need for special tools. At a quick glance it appears to just loosen the hinges and replace but sometimes things seem simplier than it actually is once you get started. Thanks

 

well it sorta all depends on what muffler you want to put on the car...?

Oem should be a direct bolt up.

If you are going aftermarket you'll need some pipe adapters and a mig welder.
